25-metre, 8-lane pool on Elstree Way. Hired-lane coached sessions — weekday mornings for squad, flexible slots for 1-to-1 and video analysis. 19 min walk, or 5 min by car, from Elstree & Borehamwood station (Thameslink).

Swimmers from Bushey, Watford, Oxhey, South Oxhey, Carpenders Park and the Rickmansworth corridor train with us at The Venue in Borehamwood, about 8 minutes away. Bushey Grove is our backup pool.

Our pool coaching is based at The Venue in Borehamwood, south Hertfordshire, within 20–30 minutes of most of the county's population. Borehamwood connects directly to central London by Thameslink, which makes it a practical option for coaches and swimmers commuting in either direction.
Whether you're in St Albans, Hatfield, near Knebworth or Stevenage in the north, or picking up the M1 from Hemel Hempstead in the west — we'll tell you honestly whether the drive to The Venue in Borehamwood makes sense for you.

questions
Yes — we coach junior club swimmers aged 8–18 as well as adults. 1-to-1 technical sessions run in hired lanes and are designed to work alongside your child's existing club programme, not replace it. All coaches are Swim England, ASA or STA qualified and DBS-checked, and a parent or guardian stays on-site throughout.
Sessions run in hired lanes at The Venue Leisure Centre in Borehamwood.
