Every coach in our network is fully accredited — Swim England, ASA or STA Level 2 minimum — and DBS-checked before they join. Your first session is an assessment: your coach watches you swim, identifies the key technical priorities, and builds a coaching plan from there. Progress is measurable and deliberate, not just more mileage.
The Venue has parking on site, which makes a difference when you're arriving for a 6am session. Its 25-metre pool gives coaches room to work with proper technique sets — not the cramped conditions of a busy public swim. It's the right environment for training that actually moves the needle.

Yes — we coach junior club swimmers aged 8–18 as well as adults. 1-to-1 technical sessions run in hired lanes and are designed to work alongside your child's existing club programme, not replace it. All coaches are Swim England, ASA or STA qualified and DBS-checked, and a parent or guardian stays on-site throughout.
Sessions currently run in hired lanes at The Venue Leisure Centre, Elstree Way, Borehamwood — about 8 minutes from Bushey. Bushey Grove is our backup pool.
