Dedicated poolside coaching in a hired lane. Full stroke assessment, technique correction and a programme built around you. All levels welcome.

Squad
Sessions

Coached group sessions for adults 18+. Entry level 400m continuous. Progressive weekly blocks with poolside coaching throughout. Enquire for current schedule.

Video
Analysis

Above-water stroke analysis using mobile or tablet poolside. Side-on and front-facing footage with frame-by-frame technique breakdown and a written report.
