Every session on this page is coached by Brian himself — filmed where it helps, reviewed with you poolside, and followed by a plan you can actually train on.

Prices & how booking works
Your first session with us is a full stroke assessment — £85. It's filmed, reviewed with you, and the plan everything afterwards follows is built from it. Every session after that is £70. £2.50 booking fee per booking, however many sessions.
Sessions start on the half hour (e.g. 6:30am), one per day. Book 1 hour, or 2 hours for a bigger block of work — two hours is simply two hours at the hourly rate (£155 for a first session, £140 after that).
Dates open 14 days ahead. The pool only takes lane bookings about a week out, so anything further than that is confirmed nearer the time — and your card isn't charged until it is.
